Ethiad Airways has started its flight form Abu Dhabi to Baku, Capital and largest city of Azerbaijan. First flight of Ethiad airways numbered EY297 left from Abu Dhabi International Airport on 9:30 am on March 2nd and landed at Haydar Aliyev International Airport on same day at 1:15pm. The first flight carried special delegates, diplomats, media representatives and others. Upon arrival the flight was welcomed by traditional water shower. Flags of Azerbaijan and UAE were also waved form cockpit, which was broadcast live on Instagram page of Ethiad Airways.
Ethiad Airways will fly weekly on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from Abu Dhabi to Baku on its Airbus A320. Check out Ethiad Airways website to book your flight to Baku here.
